How Can Coughing With Mucus, Nasal Drip And Sore Throat Be Treated?

I don't know if I should go to work this morning. We are not allowed to call in on the weekends, but I am going on 5 hours of sleep because I cannot stop coughing. I have a productive cough, with green mucus, post nasal drip, and sore throat and ears going on day 5. No fever and It usually gets better as the day goes I am also 21 wks pregnant so I am limited in what I can take.

As per your complain and the recent medical history of 21 weeks of pregnancy certain medications cannot be advised to you..
As per the presentation it seems to be upper respiratory tract infection commonly known as common cold..
You can take a short course of antibiotics like Amoxicillin, painkillers like Tylenol and do warm saline gargles and steam inhalations..
Take saline nasal spray as it will help in loosening the mucous and ease in drainage..
You can also sip plenty of warm water throughout the day for relief..
It no improvement in one week, consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated..
