respected sir,
i havebeen suffering irritable bowels syndrome for last few years and i cunsulted some doctors here in ernakulam.but i cant continue treatment there. i had medicines like mesacol etc.now i suffering very badly like indigestion,motion morethan 3 times everyday and now i cant have a sweet also....

* Management of IBS always remains mainly dependent on life style
modifications, medicines are supportive only.
* Tips for better control

- Always maintain hydration with more liquids.
- Strict dietary control to avoid all spices, non veg, junk foods, dairy fat.
- No smoking or alcohol consumption.

- Avoid stress, anxiety which are major provocative agents.
- Manage to have regular exercises, YOGA, fresh air walking.
- Add pro biotic, PPI in your current drug basket.
