Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you have an allergic rhinitis, recurrence may be due to the deviated nasal septum, sinusitis, eosinophelia, etc.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
If deviated nasal septum, or sinusitis are present a minor surgery may be required. Esinophelia requires a specific treatment periodically, and deworming.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, di ethyl carbamazine citrate, phenylephrine, and citrizine till the diagnosis is established.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
