Hello doc, I am 25 yrs old and lately been experiencing hot and cold flashes nausea dizziness and very fatigue all the time and last month i didnt have menstrual cycle but one morning i woke up and found a blood clot on my panties but no sign of blood after that and this morning i woke up to use the restroom i wiped there was blood but no trace on my pad .can you tell me what this might be
