History Of Miscarriage. Currently Pregnant. Will I Need Anti D To Prevent Miscarriage?

i am a 25 yr old female, my blood group is A negative,, i had a miscarriage 4 yrs ago at 7 months gestation, a second miscarriage 3 yrs ago at 3 months gestation, and another miscarriage last yr at 5 months gestation....i was not given any anti D during and after and of my miscarriages...a doctor told me the reason behind my miscarriages was due to the fact that i wasnt given any anti D....as my husband is of blood group A positive...i am currently 2 months pregnat...need advice and help plzzz

Thanks for your query.
You definitely should take Anti D injection
It should have been given after each and every of your miscarriage.
Certain other causes such as chromosomal anomalies, hormonal imbalances, structural anomalies of uterus and cervix, antiphospholipid syndrome etc should be ruled out.
Right now, you should have Anti D titres every 4 weeks, and go for Anti D injection at 28 weeks, and next following delivery.
