Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
For high grade fever you can give Meftal-P syrup as prescribed by the doctor.
It works well for high fever, but it usually given after food.
And prolonged use is not recommended and once the fever intensity comes down you can switch over to crocin.
And be in follow up with the pediatrician till he recovers completely from the fever.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
