High BP, Under Control, Nose Bleeding, On Prednisone For Hands And Feet Swelling. What Could This Be?

i have had high bp for about 4yrs but lately its been under control but i ve still been having head aches for months and my head is sore on the rt side.tonight i looked in the mirror and my nose had bleed out on my shirt and it was still bleeedng.i go to the doctor every month they cant figure out whats going on with me.plus i ve been taking prednisone(20mg)for 4yrs to stop my hands and feet from swelling and they cant figure that out either
