Hello dear
Here i think you have mixed two conditions.your jaw pain , watering in mouth and heavy tongue and even your headache are most probably is due to bad oral hygiene and you might need regular professional cleaning because if there is excess of plaque in mouth then it can lead to such kind of symptoms. And second your increased body tmperature and brown red tiny spots can be because of disturbed hormonal level ( THYROID).
So better consult with your dental hygienest and GP lateron.

Thanks for asking the query,

Heaviness in tongue and jaw pain can be due to oral infections, neurological disorders, injuries to the mouth due to trauma, malignencies.

Excessive salivations occurs due to oral infections, Salivary gland disorders, GIT disturbances, liver diseases, pancreatitis, mouth ulcers and use of certain medications.

I would advise you to get a checkup done by a Physicisn and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
Take an OPG x-ray of the mouth. Look for any neurological disorders, salivary gland functioning, health of teeth & gums, oral mucosa.

Meanwhile you can go for symptomatic treatment at home maintaining a good oral hygiene, use of antiseptic mouthwash solution twice daily.

Hope this helps out.

Dear friend.

Thanks for sharing your concern.

your symptoms related to oral cavity like heaviness in the tongue and excessive salivation could be due to many reasons like vitamin deficiency, any allergy to particular food stuff or rarely any malignancy too.

Therefore get yourself clinically evaluated,to rule out any pathology.

for other symptoms you can approach concerned doctors.

Hope it helps.

Take care.
