Headache, Sinusitis, Cervical Spondiolysis. Ct Scan- Normal. What Is The Treatment?

I got headache on left side starting from the back neck region that lasts for hours and sometime the whole day. I have slight sinusitis problem and cervical spondiolysis. I had a CT scan, Nothing was detected. One surgeon adviced me some neck and head exercise like those for spondiolysis. I am feeling better. But I find difficult in standing up from a seating position.

Hi,
Your all symptoms might be due to cervical spondilitis.
Continue with physiotherapy regularly daily.
Go for cervical traction and short way diathermy.
All these will give lots of relief.
Do not put pillow below neck while sleeping.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
