Head Feels Bruised, Sensitive To Touch, Sensitive Ear. Treatment?

Head feels bruised right top backside about the area of a 50 cent piece. Very sensitive to touch. I have had No trauma on my head at all. Inside ear feels sensitive along with right-side of throat. No head aches, sinus pressure or abnormal body functions. Only discomfort happens when touched. What might I have or need to relieve soreness.
