Your blood sugar level is indicative of diabetes mellitus(DM).You need a ultrasound scan to check up on the gall bladder( if it has not been operated upon/removed) and the pancreas, as well as a complete physical examination and regular blood sugar checks.A ECG recording to help rule out any cardiac disease may help.
