Sharp pain after masturbating leading to soft erection and quick ejaculation
A week ago i was masturbating and after ejaculation, i felt a sharp pain in my testicles all the way to my kidney. Also it felt like i have lost all my energy and something very bad is going to happen. That pain lasted an hour or so in my testicles. Since that day, i am not having a proper erection, erection is very soft and also i am ejaculating prematurely.

Hi. This sounds as though it's a problem with your prostate gland and you may have a prostate infection. You need to have a doctor perform a digital exam of your prostate and a urinalysis with a urine culture, and you will probably need oral antibiotics to resolve all this

If you are not using any lubrication while masturbating it is likely that you will have lots of pain. Use any lubrication like moisturiser or even something cheap like soapy water. This makes it very smooth and less likely for you to get injured.
Also, to alleviate your anxiety you might like to consult a venerologist so that he can diagnose you or in fact rule out any other causes. I hope this helps.
