Having Sharp Chest Pain. What Should I Do?

28 female 5 1 162 lbs in th past 4 months i have been having chest pain sometimes sharp reel deep right under my left breast. But mostly all around my chest wall like someone has punched me in the cheast and hurts especially when i lay on it or bend over.

your BMI is 30.6 which indicates you r obese or over wt
as you r having this sharp chest pain for 4 months,sharp to rule out any pleural involvement you need to go for Chest X RAY
basically for pleural involvement you will be having pain on deep breathing and dry cough will be there.pneumonia may also present as chest pain along with other constitutional symptoms(fever,myalgia)
most probably you pain looks like muscle pain which will be relieved on taking muscle relaxnts and some diet modifications
