Having Severe Pressure And Pain On My Head From Temples, My Eyes To The Back Of My Head. Cause And Cure?

I have been having severe pressure in my head and it starts in my temples, goes behind my eyes, to the back of my head, and on to my neck, and upper back... The pressure gets worse if I move or stand up. I feel as if my head is going to explode. I also feel like my eyes are blocked. What is this I could be going through? I feel like I can't function.

Please note that the causes of headache are many like migraine, tension headache, brain tumor/bleed/infection, low brain pressure, high blood pressure and high eye pressure.

I feel that you need a detailed evaluation which will include clinical evaluation and this will guide us regarding the requirement of investigations including the brain scan. Once the diagnosis is established, the treatment becomes easy.
