Having Pain In The Center Of The Rib Cage After Workout And Pain Spreading. Suggest

Hey, I'm only 16 and I work out to stay in shake I do variation of work outs and I've been hard on myself for a year and lost about 30 pounds ! Anyways revently when I started a new workout like jumping jacks crunches Etc I've been recieving severe pain I'm the center of my right and now spreading to the left of my ribcage it hurts everytime I work out so what's wrong with me ?

It is good to stay in shape. Exercise would help maintain good general and cardiac health.

In terms of the pain you are experiencing muscle pain as a result of the intensity of the workouts.
You may need to apply ice therapy to the area involved, rest or decrease your workouts for at least a few days and consider having an adult obtain anti inflammatory pain killers for you.

This would include medication such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, aspirin.

If the pain is still present after a period of rest then you may want to visit your doctor for an evaluation.
