Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the heel is most commonly caused by plantar fasciitis. It is an inflammatory pain and subsides on taking mild pain killers and doing a light massage in the area every morning. Steroid injections may be needed in severe cases.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
