General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Prakash, Thanks for using HCM.

Ear fullness may be due to eustation tube block or serous otitis media which usually associate with allergic disease. Vomiting may be due to pain reflex. Kindly explain me if you are taking any medication or what you had tried, are you suffering from any systemic disorder and is there any lymphnodes. Get back with these for more discussion on its management. You can try NSAID for pain when required with montelukast for 1 month and do regular outdoor exercises. Breathing exercises will be good. Have adequate regular sleep, plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie. Hope this will help you. Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further examination and management.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.
