Having muscle cramps, memory loss and loss of balance. Pain in the eye. Is something wrong?

I have been getting many muscle cramps , confusion- forgetting things, mixing up names and words, and feel off balance. Feeling like I will fall when I walk down steps. Oh, and pain in right eye. All issues come and go though. I can be exhausted and feel the symptoms one day but not another day. I have an appointment on Thursday. What could be going on?
