Have Vaginal Itching, Clitoris Pain, Urinary Urgency, Interstitial Cystitis. What Should I Do?

I have deep vaginal itching, clitoris pain, urinary urgency (bathroom 20+x/day & 3-4x/night), and possible interstitial cystitis . Symptoms started last Thursday and have gotten progressively worse. On Saturday, I took an at home UTI test and BV/ yeast test...both came back negative. On Monday I took another at home UTI test and the test came back positive for leukocytes. I had no vaginal discharge and no vaginal smell. The test at the doctors office the next day was negative for a UTI. Today, I feel less bladder pressure and more internal vaginal itching and pressure and clitoral pressure. I have been on Vesicare 10 mg 1x/day for 8 weeks, CIPRO 500mg 2x/day for 2 days, and have had 1 dose of Metronidozole Gel (0.75%) 2 days ago. The Metronidozole Gel caused a white cottage cheese discharge with no smell; which I no longer have since cleaning out the gel yesterday. Additionally my Urologist gave me hydro codon for the pain, but I can only use this to sleep at night. My urologist has referred me out to another urologist; but there is no available appointment until 24 October. I tried acupuncture today, which helped with the bladder pressure, but did not help with the clitoral pain and deep vaginal itch. The irritation and pain is a constant 6-8 (I m forced to think about it all the time and try not to). We are leaving for a two trip on Saturday. Is there anything else I can do to obtain relief? Thank you for any assistance or suggestions.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection in your vaginal area.
Apply anti-fungal cream or insurt anti fungal suppositories in your vagina.
Take oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once ina week for 4 weeks.
Take oral antibiotic as it seems that there is secondary bacterial infection as well.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
