i have a ulcer on my lip and another little one too i dont know if its because i am run down but under my tongue i have a tiny little red dot is this anything to worry about?

It is difficult to tell without looking at the ulcer, it could be benign or since u r telling me have fever it could be herpes. Please do lot ignore it, go to a good Dermat
