What Causes Painful Bump Inside Lip And Ulcer Below Tongue?

My name is Feb and I'm 19 years old, recently I've discovered an ulcer inside my upper lip, this did not concern me until later on when a painful bump developed on the left side of my tongue. The next day another painful bump formed on the tip of my tongue and also I found two ulcers underneath my tongue. Also the inside of my bottom lip has small red bumps and I found white stringy substance under my tongue. Please help.

As per your complain painful bumps in the mouth can be Canker sores or Apthous ulcers and can occur due to a number of conditions like Nutritional Deficiencies (iron, Vitamin B12 and folic acid), stress, Acid reflux, excess intake of sour and spicy foods, side effects of certain medication if you are taking any..
The stringy substance below the tongue can be either due to infection in salivary gland leading to pus discharge or can be Fungal infection but it occurs commonly over the upper surface of tongue..
You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated for both the conditions and get treated accordingly..
As of now for CANKER SORES do warm saline gargles...
Soda bicarb gargle also help..
Take a multivitamin tablet daily for 15 days..
Apply numbing gel like Oragel over ulcers for relief from pain..
Steroid ointment like Kenalog in Orabase can help in reducing Inflammation and pain..
Sucking ice pops can relieve ...

For the stringy substance below tongue treatment can be advised only after thorough clinical evaluation and final diagnosis...
