Have Test Findings. Can Any Online Doctor Help?

can you tell me if I need surgery for this FINDINGS: There is moderate mucoperiosteal thickening bilateral maxillary sinuses and ethmoid air cells. A rounded soft tissue nodule in the sphenoid sinus may represent a polyp or retention cyst. The ostiomeatal units are opacified bilaterally. No concha bullosa. No Haller cells. Nasal septum is deviated to the right anteriorly. Mastoid air cells are well-aerated. Multiple small punctate calcifications near the base of the tongue bilaterally may represent salivary concretions/stones.

Hi,

From the above findings surgery is recommended for removal of Polyp from sphenoid sinus. And if there is recurrent nose infection then surgery for Deviated Nasal Septum should also be done.
