Dear friend, welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.

The ultrasound shows normal kidneys except a small cyst in the renal cortex (a fluid filled cavity in the kidney near its surface). It is usually a coincidental finding and harmless (benign).
There is also a small stone of 2 mm in the left kidney collecting system (calyx).
These are not worrying findings.

Please seek urology advice on the stone and its cause. Get urine routine done.

Do not neglect any fever, flank pain, blood in the urine in future.

I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. I would be glad to answer any further queries. Take care and please keep me informed of your progress at http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole
Good Luck!
