Have Strep Throat. Painful Swallowing, Blood In Phlegm. Taking Antibiotics. Worth Worrying?

I have strep throat. I just started my antibiotics earlier today, but the swallowing hurts really bad. I gargled with warm salt water tonight and when i coughed up some phlegm it had blood in it. It's the middle of the night here so my docs office is closed. It wasn't a whole lot of blood, but i was enough for me to notice it was blood. Should I be worried about that?
