Have Redness, Spots And Cracks On The Penis After Dry Masturbation. Tried Ointment But Not Complete Healing. What To Do?
Post dry musturbation I felt irritation immediately. After 2 days I saw the redness, spot and cracks. I hope healing naturally. When it persisted applied Sopheramycit Ointment, no irritation due to lubrication but no good in treating spots n cracks. Later I applied Neospirine Skin Ointment. Cracks healed but not the red spots on penis. It's been now over 2 weeks. Can I apply Eumosone-M?

Yes, you are right ,you can apply steroid ointment at this stage. Red spots due to irritation will go away.
You have already applied antibiotic ointment.
In future apply proper lubrication. Don't masturbate during healing stage as it will further aggravate the lesions.
