Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

If you have not sustained any injury and if you are able to move all your fingers normally, then a fracture can be excluded.

The prominence you see on your hand could be due to MALUNITED fracture which shows up a small visible deformity.

An Xray will ruleout any fracture in that area.

Consult an orthopedic surgeon and follow his advice accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
