Have Post Resesection Perforated Colon With Hopefully Reversible Colostomy. Having Small Cities. Causes Of Cities?

I am two months post resesection perforated colon with hopefully reversible colostomy.I have excellent LFTS , but I am starting to develop a small amount of as cities. I am not drinking , eating better and drink a lot of fluids to keep my stool moving also Taking Linzess since I am on Chronic opiate meds What could be causing the as cities?

Hello,

Ascites is not Gastrointestinal side effect associated with Linaclotide(Linzess).
Ascites may be due to any peritoneal collection.
Liver causes are most unlikely because your liver function test are normal.
