Have Pain Wrist To Elbow, Swelling, Fell On Wrist, Did X-ray, Splinted. What To Do?

i fell on my wrist thursday went to er had xrays done and they said it was not broke sent home w/ meds and splin. Been in pain from wrist to elbow and caint move w/out extream pain! yesterday swelling started and today the swelling is so bad that the splin is cutting into my arm. What should I do and is there anything that can be done?

Thank for choosing HCM, Go for second opinion ( Orthopedic) if there is no fracture still swelling increases then there could be some other injury to muscular ligaments or to the vascular bed, with soft tissue involvements, Have nice day
