Have Pain In Chest, Dizziness, Headache, Runny Nose, Achy Muscles And Wheezy Cough. Had Sore Throat. Remedy?

On Friday, I was unable to speak due to a sore throat. Over the course of the weekend, my sore throat has left and I'm having extreme pains in my chest. Symptoms include dizziness, headaches, tight chest, frequent heart palpitations, aching muscles, runny nose, constant shaking and a wheezy cough (with green phlegm). What's wrong with me? Help would be appreciated.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there,

I would advise you to visit a physician as soon as possible. The possibilities are viral illness, bacterial pneumonia , bronchial asthma etc. You might require antibiotics and/ nebulisation.

In the meantime, I would advise you to drink warm water at regular intervals.
Do steam inhalation 3 times a day.

I would also like to know if you are hypertensive, diabetic, or have cardiac issues etc.

Hope the above information will help you.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan

Hi,
It seems due to neglect(?) in past wk, the sore throat you had ,has turned in lower respiratory infection(it could have been prevented By proper care in time)
You have running nose, tight chest, body ache, a bad cough with weezing &green expectoration. Do you have history of bronchitis/asthama?
Now you must take proper care &medicines to get cured.
-Take rest,light &nutritius diet.,plenty of water(warm), liquids(hot tea,coffee.milk with turmeric + dried gingerpowder) ,
AVOID-cold exposer, spicy, oily eating, sour things, avoid allergens if you know them
Take hot vapour inhailation ,nebulisation if your doctor suggests.
I usually prescribe -an Antibiotic course(like azithromycin) along with
antihistaminic+paracetamol ,cough syrup,B complex suppliments With nebulisation.
The condition an expert Dr's advice &observation You should seek it &get well soon. Thank you.
