Have Nausea, Lower Back Pain, Mild Menstrual Cramps, Breast Feeding, Cystic Ovaries, Gas. What Can I Expect?

Hi

My period is 2 weeks late. No chance of being pregnant. I've had mild nausea for a couple of weeks
On and off, gassy, bloating, low back pain that feels like mild menstrual
Cramps

I am breastfeeding son and have has regular period for 8 months. I also have a cyst 4 cm on one ovary. No pain except in one spot beside belly button

these are just pains due to menses, You can take paracetamol before every menses, and be in open air for half to one hour for walk and outing. it will improve your health.
