General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to contractions, sometimes called afterpains which are common after the C-section.
These contractions , which often resemble menstrual cramps , help prevent excessive bleeding by compressing the blood vessels in the uterus.
I suggest using an anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
