Have Multiple Fibroadenosis In Both Breasts, Suffering From Nephrotic Syndrome, Taking Telma. Surgery For Lumps?

I have multiple fibroadenosis in my both breasts since 2003. I am also suffering from nephrotic syndrome but its almost cured . I am on the followinf medicines:- Telma 20 Feel plus Shelcal My age is 25 yrs. Kindly suggest me a treatment to get rid of these lumps existing in my breast. I don t want to go through surgery to remove my breast lumps. Kindly suggest me some fruitful treatment.

thanks for your query.
Fibroadenosis does not require surgery generally.
It is just characterized by excessive lumpiness and pain in the breasts.
due to hormone changes, the normal density of the breasts gets increased, and this condition is perceived as fibroadenosis.
You can consider taking daily vitamin E, evening primrose oil supplements to aid in pain and lumpiness.
Am sure nobody must have advised surgery for the breast lumps.
Please have a mammogram just in case to rule out breast cancer.
