Sir, i m suffering from left leg knee pain due to masturbation .... now i have left the habit but nightfall problem has taken place now. and whenever it occurs the pain starts in my left knee. further, i am also not having morning erection very few times it feels that penis is trying to have erection but often very weak erection is sustained. i m also having low libido. In addition to that my penis is also being very soft like jelly and can be molded anywhere without the resistance.
please tell me the natural remedy to get rid of the above symptoms as its affecting my routine life. Thanks

Masturbation is a perfectly normal and healthy habit and never leads to any physical problems.All these symptoms are occuring to you because of your ill conceived prior notions. What to do... Eat healthy and avoid smoking. Avoid any substance of abuse or any recreational drug. Moderate your alcohol intake. Do regular aerobic exercises gor atleast 45 minutes a day. Join yoga and do mental relaxation exercises. Take plenty of fresh fruits and green vegetables. Take walnuts and almonds. Forget what you have read or what others are talking about masturbation.
