Have Irregular Periods, Spotting, Thick Hair On Chin. Hormonal Imbalance?

hi doc since past 6 months i have been having irregular periods...ranging between 38-45 days cycle...n bleeding is sometimes too less just spotting kind of which lasts for 10-12 days...im 33 year old with 3 kids...off late ive developed thick hair on chin ...people say delayed period n hair groth is due to hormonal imbalance.pls help me

Hello,

Above presentation is suggestive of PCOS. Do one USG scan and hormone test like androgen, LH/FSH, thyroid etc. Take proper treatment after consultation with gynecologist.
