Have Heavy And Long Period, Abdominal Pain, Breast Tenderness. Had C Section. Surgical Menopausal. Taking Minigynon. Is It Normal?

I had a total vaginal hysterectomy on July 31st. They also did lysis of adhesions- I had extensive adhesions around my bladder. My doctor said it looked like I had had a C-Section, which I haven't. My question is with regard to recovery time. I still have some abdominal discomfort, especially around my navel and am experiencing surgical menopause. How long should I reasonably be expected to be off work? After 5 weeks I am still not feeling great.
