Have Headache, Nausea And Head Spinning

I got up, and not very quickly either, and suddenly experienced a heavy feeling on my head and some sort of black out vision. The room starting spinning, i couldnt stan still and now I have a slight headache and nausea. This probably happened at least twice in the past month. Should I be worried?

It seems from the history that you are having headache with head spinning and nausea.
These symptoms indicate vertigo.
Vertigo is usually caused by diseases of inner ear or by central causes like vertebro basilar insufficiency.
Hence this requires further evaluation by a physician to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
