Have Had Diarrhea, Poor Appetite, Abdominal Pain, Stabbing Sensation, Have Cysts. What Is The Cause?
I have had diarrhea recently off and on and now my stools are black I also have not been able to eat/poor appetite and now I I go all day without peeing cause I cant go that often and when I do it is not much.and today I had abdomen pain like someone stabbing me.i went to the er a few weeks ago and the ct scan came back that I had some cyst the dr did not say how many I had or where they were at but surely the cyst could not cause me to be going through all this what do you think?

leaving aside the cyst in question
your symptoms suggest probably you are suffering from chronic gastric ulcer
if there is chronic bleeding you will have black stools
if there is pain abdomen you eat less that leads to anorexia
this in turn leads to constipation
the stool can be black if you take iron preparations
these things can be possible in case of amoebic colitis
ask any more doubts you have
