Have Fibromyalgia, Psoriatic Arthritis, Type II Diabetes. Pain In Right Side, Difficulty Breathing. Why Is It ?

I have fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, and type II diabetes, My right side is causing me discomfort/.pain. I had a left s/o removal in 97 from an ovarian cyst. however, with all the medicine I am currently taking and the Remicade infusion I have every 6 weeks for my psoriatic arthritis, I am having at times a hard time taking a deep breathe. I am worried. I see my primary health care doc on Tuesday of next week. I was wondering could you give me some possibilities as to what it may be.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Remicade ( infliximab ) , however having many side effects, but it seems that you may have pain due to other reasons.
However you haven't mentioned exact site of pain .
As you are feeling difficulty in breathing , so pain may be in lungs.
Pain on the right side may be due to involvement of liver.
But in my opinion this pain is due to ovarian cyst of right side.
Since in 97 you were operated for left ovarian cyst , so chances of right ovarian cyst are more.
Consult a gynaecologist as well ( primary health care ).
Good luck.
