Have Fever, Increases In Evening, Cough, Small Rush After Shower. Common Flu?

my daughter is 17 year old and had all the vaccines on schedule. We went to China for a week and got back on last Sat (April 6). She is having 99-100F fever since April 4. The fever is worse in the afternoon and evening time. On April 6 after shower, her whole body had small rush and it went away the next day.She also developed some cough since two days ago. Is it a common flu or something else?

Since fever is from April 4 i.. almost 10 days passed.
Rash no matter.
Cause of concern is evening rise of temp that too regularly. From two days your's daughter has cough.
Please note that, is there wheezing ( whistling sound during breathing)?
If, yes, than it may be a case of bronchitis, than you have to consult a physician and he will get some simple tests.
If no wheezing than please visit a doctor and get a X-RAYS chest and blood tests for CBC & E S R , if any thing abnormal take treatment accordingly.
Almost 10 days passed and fever with cough is there so be aware.
