Have Diarrhoea. Stool Test Showed Yeast In It. Serious Problem?

Hi. I had diarrhea for over 2 weeks, now slightly improving, along with gurgles in my lower abdomen. I had stool tests done as follows:
--culture: salmonella & shigella...none found
--clostridum difficile toxin A & B, EIA...not detected
--ova and parasitese, stool conc and perm smear...no ova or parasites; many yeast present

I feel fine and my diarrhea is improved. The "many yeast" scares me. Does it necessarily mean I've a serious problem?

Thank you.

No need to scare looking at report of "many yeast". Because yeasts are normal commensals in human.

This is not pathological

Rather in states when one gets ill, commensal yeasts multiply to maintain human homeostasis
