Hello,
it seems that what you have is a heart burn. That is why the 2 Drs have advised you to take nexium - (Esomeprazole) the drug prevents formation of gastric acid.
For constipation you have to find out the cause and try to avoid constipation by diet itself if not by mild laxative.
Even though diagnosed as acid peptic disease - ECG is a must to rule out Heart problem. If Heart burn is confirmed add one more drug by name (antacid) Sucrafil O --2 tsp (10ml) three times a day before meals. More than medicines your diet habit is very important. frequent, bland, non spicy, and non hot food along with good sleep without tension are important
It is a common problem - can be tackled easily with your co-operating diet habits
Best wishes
