Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

Your might be suffering from a coronary artery diseases notably angina pectoris. This is a heart diseases whereby the coronary artery turns to be obstructed and blood supply to the heart is temporary reduced. The area of obstruction then becomes painful as blood forces its way through to supply the heart. In order to deal with the pain, you might require a medication such as aspirin which can play both antiinflammatory and thrombolytic roles. This will only be after you must have seen a cardiologist to confirm this and prescribe the medication.
Also, another possible cause of your problem is costochondritis. Your might require steroid antiinflammatory.
At the moment, just try to see your primary care doctor to evaluate you and maybe run some few tests.

Hope this helps
