Have Bumps On The Head Of The Penis. Tiny Blister Formed On Foreskin Painful To Touch. Itchy. Time For Healing?

Hello good day Doctor!

I hope that you are all very well :)!
I have one question and wondered if you could please help me at all?
A few weeks ago, I decided to research why I had little tiny bumps on the shaft and around the head of my penis. These were not sore and very small but I thought they looked ugly in appearance. I came to the conclusion that they were 'penile papules' which I know are not dangerous but ugly in appearance. I followed the online advice for home remedies and used tea tree oil and toothpaste as suggested. I was very happy with the results but after, a tiny ball/blister formed where the foreskin attachment is. It is not very big in size and only looks like a blister but it is very painful to touch. I feel that it may be a little less sore than it was and little itchy now which could mean it is healing but still sore to touch. I have researched and it does not seem like anything online or as hideous and could be harmless but I am unsure and wondered if you could please help me with an idea of what it could be and how long it will be until back to normal??

Kindest regards,

Mr Ensall
