Have bumps and discharge in vagina. Have fever. Suggestions?

Hi. I don t know if this goes together or not. I started running a fever last Tuesday. Wednesday I took a hot bath for about 20 minutes. I ve been having a vaginal discharge ever since. Well it was burning so I looked with a mirror and there are bumps inside of my vagina. I ve also been running fever the whole time. Also I felt my cervix and could stick the whole tip of my finger in it. Please help..

From history it seems that you are having some acute infection in vagina giving rise to fever and bumps in vagina.
Go for vaginal swab test.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
