Have Blood Discharge From Vaginal. Have Lower Back Pain, Headache And Cramps. What To Do?

I am having vaginal bright orange blood when i whipe. my period shouldn't be till the 4th of next month. my periods r 7 days and heavy my last period was 4 days and light. i am having lower back pain and strong cramps in waves. everytime i get a cramp i get the chills. i have a fever and my head hurts do i need to go see a doctor?

Hello.

As per the description provided, it does sound like you could be suffering from an infection.

Although you have provided sufficient information it is difficult to diagnose which infection you could specifically be suffering from. You have not mentioned your sexual status (whether active or not), which is why we will have to consider both urinary tract infections (UTIs) as well as all sexually transmitted infections.

As you have also developed a fever, it would be best for you at this stage to visit a doctor and go about a physical examination, urine analysis and a vaginal swab test (if required). Once you are diagnosed your treatment will be initiated after which you shall experience an improvement within 24-48 hours.
