Have Been Constipated With Stomach Ache And Gas. Scans And Other Tests Are Clear. What Does It Indicate?
I've had gurgling stomach , offensive gas , hard floating stool , constant stomach ache and on and of constipation for around 6 months I've had all kinds of scans and tests and there all clear its ruining my life makes you not even want to get out of bed in a morning. any ideas ??

The gurgling sounds, offensive gas, hard stools, constipation and stomach aches suggest a disease process in the gastrointestinal tract.
Constipation is commonly seen in diet deficient if fiber. Gurgling sound and stomach aches suggests indigestion.
A colonoscopy needs to be done to know the status of the large intestine.
As you have mentioned that you have undergone all types of investigations, it is evident that this investigation has not revealed anything.
However, a syndrome exists known as irritable bowel disease.
This disease is diagnosed once all other syndromes have been ruled out by all investigations.
Consult your gastroenterologist for relevant investigations (if any) and further management.
