Have Abdominal Pain. Positive Pregnancy Test. Done Ultrasound, Hetroechoic Mass With Fluid In Pod. Suggest Painkillers

I am 23 years old and I am pregnant. I am a college student and I dont want to be a mother at any cost. I have tried self pregnancy kit and the result was positive and for reconfirmation I have had a ultrasound and urine test of mine. I became aware to be pregnancy when I had been into a sexual intercourse with my boyfriend last time (2 days back from today), right after the intercourse the pain started and I was not able to bare it at all. Now I am pregnant and I dont want to be a mother or give a birth at any cost. It is maybe 15 to 20 days old embryo (not sure about it but cannot be more than that as well).

Ultrasound report says:

"UTERUS IS BULKY IN SIZE WITH THICK ENDOMETRIUM.

RT. ADNAXA SHOWS AN HETROECHOIC MASS MEASURING 55X34X41 mm WITH FLUID IN POD. MASS SHOWS ANECHOIC AREA INSIDE SURROUNDED BY MESENTRY. THESE FINDINGS COULD BE DUE TO A ECTOPIC PREGNANCY, SMALL AMOUNT OF FREE FLUID IS SEEN IN PERITONEUM ALSO"

REST EVERY OTHER THING MENTIONED IN THE REPORT SAYS TO BE NORMAL.

This is all has happened till now, now we will be going to a doctor for further proceedings with in one or two days after making all the arrangements. Till that time please suggest and provide a list of painkillers that can be consumed in pregnancy. I will appreciate any effort and reply heartly please help me and thankyou

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
I have gone through available details; you have Ectopic pregnancy which means extra uterine pregnancy.

You should consult Gynecologist urgently and get hospitalized for proper diagnosis and treatment. Please do not delay in seeking medical help as it can be dangerous.

Please understand this is medical emergency, your Gynecologist will examine and further tests including Complete blood count, blood group, blood sugar, liver function and kidney function tests and Beta HCG level.

In Ectopic medical and surgical option are there even laparoscopic intervention may be required otherwise surgery may be required.
Hope this information helps you to take proper decision.

Good Luck.
