Have PCOD And Diabetic. All Test Done. On Medication. Have Delay In Periods Also. Is This Pregnancy?

Hi,
I am 34 years old, height 5'3", weight 65 kgs. I am diabetic and on Metformin 2000 gm/day since 2008. We have started planning for a baby in 2011, consulted doctors and found out that I have PCOD. I was on Fertomid 50 for 5 days (starting on day 20) since then and from D15-d28 I have been taking SUSTEN 100 mg. My FSH, LH, prolactin, TSH, T3 and T4 levels are normal. in august 2012, the doctor checked for FT and they are open. at the same time they performed lapdiathermy. In March they did a folliculometric study which showed that the follicles were growing fine and injected LUPIN, and they ruptured. What I have noticed before that if i stop taking fertomid and susten, my period does not start until I take Deviry 10 mg. My last period started on 26th of March, so I am delayed by almost 10 days today. But I did not take fertomid and susten during the last cycle. My questions are
Is it possible that I am pregnant?
Are there some signs?
When is it better to take a home pregnancy test to be 100% sure in my case?
does my case history sounds like I am having an early menopause? My period strated when I was 10 yrs old.
Please help.

Hello
Thanks for your query.
If you are having PCOD, then you are lucky in one sense, because you would not be at risk of an early menopause.
PCOD means your ovaries are studded with multiple follicles, yet none mature due to hormonal imbalance.
Women with PCOD often menstruate on withdrawal, or have prolonged, delayed and scant period.
Please take a home pregnancy test if you are 10 days overdue.
However with PCOD, it would be more reliable to consult a doctor and go for a blood B HCG test or a pelvic ultrasound, which would clarify things more.
All the best.
