Have Achalasia Cardia With Congestive Heart Failure. Is Laparoscopic Procedure Better Than Surgery For Curing This?

Can you explain my condition Achalasia and what treatments there are besides surgery? I have congestive heart failure so I think I am limited for some medicines. Do you know of any I could safely take? Is a laparoscopic procedure better than surgery??

Dear sir

Laparoscopic surgery is better. As you have associated congestive cardiac failure also.

Secondly you need to take medicines regularly with out fail. Most of the times surgery might not be the option. So continue medicines.

Thanks
