Hi, You have 2 small submandibular lymph nodes, Pain on the tongue at wisdom tooth, Pus expelled from that area.
I for my patients with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin and ornidazole combination, along with protiolytics, and pain killers as there is pus. It is a periodontal abscess, If not responding to this treatment removal of the wisdom tooth by surgery may be necessory. Thank you.
